I have had two suppressors for nearly 8 years, but I've never cleaned a suppressor.  The two I have had are both sealed cans (AAC Pilot & M-4 2k).

I just picked up my Ti-Rant 9 and SiCo Sparrow.  These are both user-maintained cans (they come apart).

What do I need to know about maintenance?  About disassembly?   Re-assembly?   Any good videos to watch?

I have taken them both apart and put them back together, and think I did so correctly.  The steel baffle in the TiRant was NOT the first baffle in the stack, which tells me the guys at the shop must have been finger-banging my can and put it back together wrong.  This is pretty upsetting to me on a few different levels.  I really like that shop, but don't think I'm going to buy cans from them as they use the cans that are in jail as their own display models.  :/

I'll also have an Octane coming soon.

Any advice for someone getting into user maintainable cans for the first time?

Both those cans come with excellent manuals.
