Anyone have one of their suppressors? Feedback/thoughts? They state 32-35db reduction on AR15 for their Grunt direct thread model which seems great for a price tag of around $500 before tax stamp. 6.25" length and 19oz weight.

You must own some real winners if a 5" 5.56 can is the quietest you own.

Bhintz10, what barrel length and specs for the AR with the grunt? What muzzle device are you using when the grunt isn't threaded on? Any issues since purchase?

I have the grunt with exoskeleton on a 11.5 SBR. It is awesome. Sounds great. The rifle has their WAR upper receiver so I can switch between suppressed and unsuppressed right on the uppers.

I also have their .22lr Apex which is very quiet and easy to clean and an integrally suppressed Ruger 10/22 takedown they built for me.

11.5" SBR, I am running an WAR receiver, which helped a lot, highly recommended. There's been a can on there since day one. Zero issues. But Ive ran 3 suppressors on my SBR and the Grunt has been the quietest. My dealer even shot it with me and was pretty damn impressed.

It does have the exo-skeleton, which according to I.A. allows for mor suppression than the non exo.

Bhintz10, any issue with baffle erosion with the 11.5 since there isn't a qd break mount or anything serving as a safracifial first baffle?

IA is right down the road from me and they are good to go.  I spoke with Phillip not too long ago and they are developing a QD muzzle device and subsequent suppressor.

I have run a Grunt until the finish burned off.  They refinished it for free.  I have an Apex 22.  Last year I forgot to take it apart after shooting a bunch of rounds, I could not for the life of me get it apart.  I sent it back to Phil and he took care of it for me!
