If I have a blackslide for a .40 S&W, can I use it on a 9mm host gun? What would be required to do so?

Yes, you would just need to acquire the appropriate piston. That being said, I believe Gem-tech only has a 1/2x28 piston available for the Blackside and no M13.5x1LH metric piston.

Also, it's Blackside and not Blackslide.
