I am going to have my Mite upgraded this year.  The only two companies I know of that do it are Liberty and Titsworth's company, thesilencerstore.com.  Titsworth is $40 cheaper, has a (quoted) week turn around time compared to as long as four months and I have seen his metered numbers from the upgraded can.  Any reason not to go with him?

I had him do it once it became available. It is a HUGE improvement and would recommend it to all Mite owners.

If you want to have one of the quietest cans around yes. It has been shot next to ospreys, warlocks, out backs and many others. In my opinion it is just as quiet or even more so than the other. If you want to buy a new to fire suppressor because you are not happy with the mite, the upgrade is for you. IMHO Mite sucks and caused me great buyers regret. With the upgrade this is no longer the case.

I called YHM last week and they will be offering their new sealed K-Baffle stack upgrade to Mites starting sometime early next year.

That is what I would do, personally.

ETA - My buddy has one of Titsworths upgrades and IIRC some of the baffles fell apart....

 any idea on price? I would totally go for that. The poor performance of the Mite is what made me by a SS Sparrow.

Rep on the phone said no definite price or dates.

And yes, I also upgraded to a Sparrow but the hunk of shit Mite would get more use if it could actually be cleaned....
