have about 1000 rounds or so through my ss sparrow still looks good but i can definately see the lead caking on the baffles . Anyone ever use a vib brass tumbler for cleaning suppressor parts ? do you think corncob or walnut would be enough to get all the grime off ? i doubt it would do any damage to the ss but you never know when you use things for somthing they are not intended for

I throw the aluminum baffles from my Stratus in my Thumbler's Tumbler with SS rod media and it works great, with no damage to the aluminum baffles. If you want to try a vibratory tumbler, I'd suggest coarse walnut media, corn cob would be too soft, IMO.
