I just got my 18T muzzle brake from AAC, and they included two pairs of foam ear protection in the box.... Are they trying to tell me something..???

Yes, you should be wearing ear pro even with a suppressor.

they included some in the last order I placed with them.  I'll probably never use them but I did throw them in my range bag anyways...
