I know that it's important to have the threads concentric to the bore. My question is, are the Ruger barrels good to go?

Mine was...but anything man made can be f'ed up.  Simple solution is to mount the can when you get it...pull the bolt...and look down the bore from the back of the pistol to ensure there aren't alignment issues.

Mine was good to go as well. No strikes!

Thanks for the replies everybody. I'll be sure to check down the barrel for alignment issues anyway, but it sounds like the factory barrels are good. Now if my stamp would just get approved...

My 22/45 TB & 22/45 BlackLite where both GTG. I have no issues with subs from CCI, Win, and Rem. The only thing it won't cycle are the CCI Quiets, but none of my auto's will. Doesn't really matter with a pistol though, just shoot your favorite bulk pack, still quiet as hell.

No need for subsonic ammo in a pistol.  Most 22LR will stay subsonic out of a pistol with a can.

My 22/45 threads were also great, but I'm not that impressed with the accuracy.  Mine groups like a shotgun with everything I've tried so far.

I came to post exactly all of this.
The best ammo for my suppressed 22/45 TB is Federal Bulk Pack.  No hearing protection required.

Yup, Remington Golden Bullet bulk packs are what I've been feeding my 22/45's lately. They stay subsonic and sound good suppressed, accuracy's ok too. At around $15 for 525 rds. they're tough to beat.
I spent a few extra bucks on one of those Ultimate Clip Loader's and 5 more spare mags. Man I love that friggin thing.

Man that sucks, mine is just the opposite. Very accurate so far. Mine loves CCI standard Velocity.

Contact ruger, I'm getting 1" 10 shot groups at 25 yards with my Ruger 22/45 lite with a Gemtech Outback IID & Federal 525 bulk.  I'm sure they can get you straightened out.
