Once upon a time, there was a certain female firearms enthusiast who pined after a suppressor (several, really). Visions of muzzle-bedecked 10-22s, AR15s, 1911s, Remmy 700 and other assorted hosts regularly paraded through her waking thoughts. Subtle and not-so subtle hints were dropped, picked up and dropped again in front of and all around the Hubby.

Finally after much cajoling and extolling the benefits of suppressorship, Hubby relented and said, "Let's start with a .22 just to see if we like it, before we spend a fortune." WHAT?!? Are you KIDDING me! Of COURSE I’ll…., We’ll like them!  I , I mean SHE said quietly in her mind.

"Okay dear, I'll start looking and researching", she said. It just so happened that some literature was close by and handy. "How about this one? And if we like it we can get one for the .223 and .308 on down the road"

He thinks about it. Time goes by..........verrryyyy………slowly.

After a few days, the Hubby inexplicably dropped the bomb. "Let's go ahead and get one to use with the .308 to start instead of the .22, so it can do double duty on the .223 as well."

The certain female firearms enthusiast almost fainted dead away! What were these wondrous words emanating from the financially...uh...retentive Hubby???

He went on to say, "Get the trust done, and get the 762SDN-6 ordered."

So, after much more time had passed (180 days from pending to APPROVED), the mystical process spewed forth the precious blue stamp and the 6N came to a new home.

Before the Rocksett had even cured, and the 6N had felt its first breath of brimstone, the Hubby said........

"I want to get at least a dedicated .223, and then one for the .22s and maybe the 1911. And I think I might want to do a .300 BLK pistol like you want as well."

The clouds parted, a glowing light surrounded the area and she could swear she heard angelic voices…..At this point the certain female firearms enthusiast pinched herself....and in her mind starting humming...."Heaven....I'm in Heaven....."

And the three of them lived happily ever after.........

The End

( for now……[evil laugh mode – ON] …..muahahaha! )

As soon as I get batteries for the camera!
And no, I won't have any gratuitous Hubby shots!

We'll settle for pics of the OP with the mystical can...

Congrats, I'm still doing my research.
