Looking to purchase my first suppressor in the near future.  Planning on going with a Tirant in 45.  Would like to use it on my M&P 9c, XD45c, and a 300 BLK AR build.  Is there a certain thread pattern I should be looking for?

I don't have any extended barrels yet for the pistols but I plan on going with a Noveske barrel for the 300.  Thanks.

The 9mm piston will be 1/2x28, the .45 piston will be .578x28

300 BLK barrel from Noveske will be 5/8x24 (You will want a 5/8x24 to 1/2x28 adapter and then use the 1/2x28 piston.) unless AAC releases a 5/8x24 end cap for the TiRant.
For the rifle, you will need to replace the spring with the fixed barrel spacer.
AAC is also releasing their 3 lug adapter for the TiRant, but I don't know if it fits the 45 TiRant or not. If it does work with the 45 TiRant, you could buy a 5/8x24 to 3 lug adapter from TROS and get a quick attach/detach system going. 3 Lug is nice for these types of rifles.

For the 300BLK, you will need to shoot subsonic only and keep the rate of fire low so you don't overheat the silencer.

Ok so it's just a matter of getting the correct pistons and I'll be good to go.  I don't fully understand the spring thing since I've never messed with mounts, suppressors, pistons, etc.  But I'm sure I'll figure it out down the road when I finally get going.

If I recall correctly the spring is for use with pistols due to the design of how pistols function compared to that of a rifle.  I'm sure I will have plenty of questions when it comes to gettin barrels/pistons for the handguns down the road.  Thanks for the replies guys.
