1. That is my friend Sean with the cigar. I can smell that nasty thing (the cigar; not Sean LOL) from here. 2. The Grip-Pod is gay, M-kay?? Sean, please take that abortion of a bipod off the rifle and stick a proper bipod (BRM-S) or vertical grip (I like the Troy ones a lot) on the rifle. Friends don't let friends use gay abortion gear. :-P 3. ACR - bah. I fail to see the attraction. Looks good on Sean though! Ha, ha. :-) Thanks for posting. Mark |

Mark I used to have a pretty strong negative opinion of the grip pod, and I have still never used one even though I was issued one. In the military most of the guys would use them for prone unsupported (cheating on the rifle qual) and would still shoot really poorly which was a bit of irony. That said they seem maybe a touch more useful now and the idea is sort of warming up on me. A rest is probably better than no rest, but swiveling like a harris would be a really great feature for the grip pod to have. If they could make it an inch shorter and swiveling they would really have something. |

It was kinda thrown together for the shoot if I remember correctly. |

Nice video and gun! With the ACR, large scopes dont tickle my fancy. Actually, with the comb riser, I prefer it as a moderate range gun. If I got one, it'd be getting an 18" barrel. Different strokes I suppose, that's the upside to the M16 / M4 and new gen platforms. |
