I really like the old-school, almost organic look to it, but I think it's too busy with the horizontal lines in the background. Otherwise, great design!

The back round crosshatching makes it hard to read.

it would never show up on a t shirt anyway.

Yeah, i was on the fence about adding the lines, but i thought it needed something to separate the lettering from the background. (I was picturing it being a one color print.)
What makes you think it would never show up on a shirt? I've had other shirts printed with that kind of line work and it showed up fine.

The shot up stars gives it that nice bullet riddled road sign look.Looks good.
