[ARCHIVED THREAD] - A Question ?

Read this in a EE ad... I was planning on building this gun into a SBR to use with my suppressor but due to the recent ATF rulling I can no longer get a 3 lug adapter. Did I miss something recently? It is for a 9mm upper.
