well its not 2k but he already has my almost 600 and i have been waiting on a form 3 since 3-26 after he told me approx 3 weeks I waited over 9 weeks for mine. He told me 2-3 weeks back in December. I found out (after asking him about it 3 or 4 times) that the form had been approved after a couple of weeks, and apparently didn't get mailed back to him. ATF got on the ball and took care of it immediately. Still waiting for my form 4 to clear. |

I heard through the grapevine he is having surgery. Be patient. See what I mean............................ When you are, or anyone here is entering the NFA aspect of firearms.......................there is a waiting period and everybody here should know on any form there is a major wait, PERIOD! I dont call my crack dealers at all anymore and found that out the hard blunt way, dealer told me and many on the board to stop hounding him, as if he was the one putting the stamps on himself.............us/dealers/manu's have no control whatsoever about any time line when or even if you get approved.................. Leave them be, most "stocking" dealers have already shelled out ten's of thousands of their own personal cash to have your most popular items in stock, so you will not have to wait on other transfer times, like form 3's. As for last models that are one or two decibels louder, those items are collecting dust and usually dealers have to go negative on those items to get rid of them...............please, it is hard for dealers as it is, bitch at the BATFE. |

Ummmmm, the only reason I started this thread was because I was getting zero comunication from Bryon and was seeking info such as "I heard through the grapevine he is having surgery." I am a dealer myself and understand he has no say in timelines. Sorry if that was implied. Only concerned about no communication. Hope all is well. |

He is super busy...got a can from him a short while back. He is swamped with calls and questions from customers and he is virtually a one man shop. Lots of paperwork in process and lots of people constantly calling.
Give him a few weeks to get caught up and then call again. Everyone constantly calling makes it worse and worse. |

His father is ill...
On Jun 1st, 11:42 am MAJ: "Sorry that I have not been able to reply to many e-mails, PMs or voicemails lately. My father's health is not very good and that has been taking up a lot of my time lately. I'm getting ready to fly up and see him this week for the second time in as many weeks (my parents live up in Washington state). I'll do my absolute best to get back to everyone as soon as I can. Once again very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone." |
|
Form 3 has always been pretty quick since its from an FFL to FFL and no checks are done, except to verify both FFLs are valid, serial number exists, etc.
Form 4 is the one that'll take months, which is done from FFL to non-FFL (which is the next step come tomorrow if yours was shipped next day as well). |

No..I know what I am saying. People in these threads are talking crazy about spending 3-6 months waiting on form 3 transfers....in any case...the major pulls through as usual. |

We're still waiting for the approved Form 3 to come back from the ATF - it should come back very soon. Very sorry for the wait. Bryon |

Crazy or not I ordered my suppressor in early March and my money was taken on March 4th. Today is June 6th so there's 3 months for ya. No suppressor at my dealer yet. Long waits DO happen with Form 3s. |
