That is all. I have a 556K and a AAC Odyssey 22 and needed a 9mm can. It will be on a Glock 17 and 19 and a Sig 226 Tac.

I ordered it with a metric 13.5 x1 LH threaded LCD, should I get a the Glock barrels threaded the same way? or should I get a normal 1/2 x28 threaded barrel? or does it not matter.

i was under the impression that the insert of the LCD could be swapped out without having to buy another $125 LCD.

The piston on the LCD can be swapped out for a different pitch.

And I think they are $60 each IIRC.

Did your dealer have one in stock or is he ordering it from SWR?  I ordered one around 2 months ago and it still hasn't showed up yet.  IIRC I was told 5 weeks

The only issue i have found with the 13.5x1LH thread is that when you tighten the Trident to the pistol you can actually unscrew the LCD from the can. You need to make sure you tighten the the Trident to the LCD and the LCD to the pistol. If you tighten it by using the Trident it will back off the LCD and increase possibility of bafffle strikes. I am currently changing all my barrels to 1/2x28 to match my 1/2x28 piston for this reason.

it was not in stock at the dealer. it was an order. It was ordered just about 2 weeks ago. NFA is a wait to begin with so if it takes a little longer than usual I have no problems. Also from what I have read, this can will be well worth the wait.

As for the LCD unscrewing, I'll have to watch out for it, and make sure I use the LCD to tighten to the barrel instead of the body.

thanks

I tighten by gripping both the can and LCD. Also, the wait on the can isn't so bad. Try waiting for the Uzi barrel nut adapter for this.

Also, don't forget to use anti-seize on the threads.  I have more of a problem with the can not wanting to unscrew when trying to change mounts.

I am assuming, anti seize on the threads that go from the LCD to the suppressor body.

should I put anything on the threads from the LCD to the barrel? I dont use anything on my 22 suppressor, but I check the tightness every few mags to ensure that is isnt unscrewing (maybe I am just paranoid).

thanks for the recommendations
