I have a Buckmark with a Tac Sol Barrel. It worked fine with my Spectre for a while, but after a few hundred rounds the gun started jamming on me. I took the gun apart and cleaned it up. I noticed that the tang under the barrel was starting to pull away from the barrel. The nose of the bullets was running into the rim of the barrel where the ramp had pulled away. This gun has already been back to Tac-Sol once. I don't really want to send it in again. Has this happened to anyone else's Buckmark? It looks like they locktited the tang to the barrel and then when the barrel heated up it just pulled away. I know Tac-Sol does good work and they are really nice on the phone, I just want my gun to work reliably. Should I just get my Browning barrel threaded and be done with it?

I would do both.  Thread your barrel and send back the defective one to Tac Sol.  They will make it right and you will have a backup!
