I live in KY. Do any of you know if an individual can own a sound suppressor in this state? Does it require a special license or tax like the class licenses? Just wondering.

You can have any NFA item you'd like in Kentucky.
Requires a one time $200 tax stamp and a sign-off from your local chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) for personal ownership or, a Trust, LLC or Corporation to possess.
