Does anyone make a take apart 9mm can? The welded end cap stories got my little head spinning.

CAC9

You didn't say if you were looking for a handgun can or a subgun can.

You can soak a can in kroil or a number of other things to loosen up any buildup without taking it apart.  I've read that anything other than a .22 can really doesn't need any cleaning.

However, my 9mm can has a pretty impressive growth going on in there.

I plan on using it on a G17, ar15 9mm and maybe limited fire out a M11 fa. the CAC9 would be a good sub can but the G17 would see most of the shooting. I guess I should just lean on an evo 9, Tri 9 or that multi gemt. I will call around and see who has any 9mm in stock or how long wait time from  canning factory.

Thank you very much. Now does anyone have any data on this can? How quiet as compared to the 3 that I mention above(evo9, tri9, Modu gemt.)?

I like the idea of a take apart 9mm can.  If you're shooting a lot of lead bullets (no copper jacket, I mean) you should see some good buildup in there.
