which one would be better to put through my 14.5" M4 with an AAC Omni or any suppressor? 55 grain FMJ or 55 grain Soft point |

Extreme Shock produces both cycling and non-cycling subsonic ammo. You can either purchase it as loaded ammo, or, just the 100grn projectiles and handload your own. Eithe way is not cheap. You will need a 1:7 twist and suppressor for the cycling ammo to operate right. To my knowledge ES is the only place making 5.56 that will cycle. I have allot of handload data for various other 5.56 subsonics.......... but only these ES 100's will cycle. I'll be working iwth 80's and 90's this coming month and will probably post any good news here. Kevin |
