| I am looking at getting a suppresor. Already have an LLC(limited Liablilty Company), but am interested in setting up a trust for the purpose of buying a suppresor. What type of Trust do I need to set up? Thanks for the help |

some people are having their trust transfer form 4's returned because they didn't include citizenship papers, just FYI. i called the NFA and they say the citizenship form is required for a trust transfer......but i just had 2 form 4's without any citizenship forms approved, so it seems to be dependent on the ATF agent that is viewing your case. |
