Hey folks, I'm new to the whole NFA thing. I'm considering getting a few supressors for some of my favorite guns as my hearing has gone south and my Dr. is advising against loud noises. My problem is that my preferred rifle range is across a state line. Do I need to get ATF approval to move a supressor across a state line? Am I going to need to get approval every time I do this or is this a one time thing? The state I want to move the supressor to (NC) requires the Sherrif to issue a permit for purchase any NFA guns, am I going to need to get his approval to move the supressor into his county? |
