Sherrif just called. Says he likes to talk to all persons before he exercises his discretion to sign the CLEO forms.
He said they will be signed today!

Wish I'd get my CLEO sign off already. It's been more than 8 weeks, and I'm still waiting. Hopefully the fed paperwork will go a lot faster. People's Republik of Maryland sucks.

My paperwork came back today. It took 31 days from mail box to dealers hands.
