Say I have paid for a suppressor, and it is transferred to a dealer in my state. Then for whatever reason (monetary, disinterest, etc...) I cannot go ahead with the Form 4 transfer to me. What happens to the suppressor that is still sitting at the dealer in my state? Can I sell the suppressor to someone in or out of state, and pay to have it shipped out through my dealer? |
of course...if to a dealer out of state it would be a free transfer, but your dealer may charge you a transfer fee for the hassle |
