I was just wondering which Form needs to be filled out for a can to be installed on my M-4? I have already done the SBR thing and got my paper work back. Just need to know about the Can thing now.

A form 4 if you're buying one, a form 1 if you're making one.

Form 1 build it yourself, form 4 buy it tax paid, form 5 if buying from a police dept. or other gov. agency.

Your dealer should provide the forms for you, but you are going to do a form 4 transfer.

Form 4.

Find a local Class III dealer that can help you fill out the paperwork.

What ever you buy and where ever you buy it. it will still need to transfer through a local dealer.

I'm sorry but I am confused here. Why are you asking about placing "it" on the weapon?

To purchase the suppressor from a dealer you will need a Form 4 completed, processed, and returned by the BATFE. I don't think you need any sort of form to put it on your M-4 and go pop, pop. You mentioned you already have the stamp for the M-4 SBR so you are ok there. Get your stamp back for the suppressor (the dealer won't give the suppressor to you until he gets the approved, stamped Form 4 anyway), put the two together and have fun.
