I am needing some guidance on the silencer purchasing process.  I know I saw a website about it a long time ago but I cant remember where it was.  So basically Id like to know the process and the cost for lets say a glock22 silencer.

Thanks in advance.

find a class 3 dealer that stocks or can order the suppressor you want...if ordered wait till it comes to your dealer...pay for the suppressor..fill out 2 form 4's and 2 sets of fingerprint cards..fill out a citizenship form...get 2 passport id pictures ..send to the atf with a check for $200 wait for your form to come back to the dealer...when it does..pick up your new toy you also have to get a cleo signoff on the form 4's ..unless you get a corp llc a trust or what not

In Nebraska your first hurdle will be to not live in Lincoln City/Lancaster country. Anywhere else should not be a problem for CLEO signoff, if in this area you will most likely need to go the corporation route or have a second residence in another country.

The Evolution 40 can by AAC would be the best bet, although a 9mm can would be more universally usable to move from the most common guns you will encounter.

But don't use a 9mm can on a 40!

I'm setting up a trust so I can buy a SBR and a can.
