OK, i couldn't find a Mag FAQ on Glocktalk so i'll ask here.

what is the story on Gen 2 vs. Gen 3 high cap mags??  (more specifically: for an M22)

Gen III mags have a metal support on the top-front of the mag.  This used to be just plastic, and could get bent or broken due to incorrect bullet loading or being dropped.  Gen III mags also have a vertical stripe on the side of the mag.

and thanks, mud. i have seen that on glockmeister, but i wanted to know if there was something wrong with gen 2's before i go spending alot of money on one.
