I've got a Glock and I have access to a Front and rear sight tool,I'am going to buy a set of night sights, the rear sight is no problem, But how does one remove the plastic factory front sight? Is it just a grip and pull?

You should be able to use a small diameter punch to knock the sight out from the bottom.

The sight is wedged in there. Get a dental pic and u can pick the wedge out pretty easy. Then it pops right out

Since you won't be reusing the plastic front sight (and replacement cost is a couple of bucks if you ever need a new one), just take a pair of pliers and pull it off.  They come off very easy.
