I figured I would be crucified if I posted this in the C&R section 
I need a replacement stock for a large ring Turk Mauser. I see a ton of options on boyds but don't really know where to start. Laminate may be nice but traditional wood isn't bad either. I'm not really interested in any synthetic options. This will be for a .45acp conversion

There are always a ton of large ring sporter stocks on Ebay......thats where I'd look first.... Thanks. I was able to navigate on Boyds: Turkish -> 1938 -> Large ring. I found a pepper laminate that I life for $99. Hopefully fitting the action isn't too much of a PITA. |
