I have a mauser 3000 in 30.06 used for hunting. I went hunting last weekend and sat in the rain all day.   I'd like to put on a synthetic stock so I can use it in the rain.  Can anyone tell me what other rifles that it is stock-compatible with?  I've emailed Bell Carson and McMillan and they say they don't have anything for that model.   But I suspect there's an equivalent stock for another rifle.   It's basically a large ring mauser but with 8.2" between reciever screws and 3.5" long mag well.  Any help is appreciated as it would let me use this in the rain.
