Probably a horse a piece but in my limited experience, SS is more accurate.  The barrels I've had.  But some say maybe, possibly not as durable.  But debatable.

Stainless is generally touted as more accurate, but chrome moly, if made by a good manufacturer, *can* be slightly more accurate.  More important than barrel material is how much care was used when making the barrel.

Either way, Chrome Moly is harder than stainless, and will last longer.  Chrome-lined even longer.

And nitride QPQ SN (melonite) treated CM or CMV barrel steel has the hardness and corrosion resistance of chrome lining and the accuracy of stainless.  And the hardening is at the molecular level and protects the entire barrel, not merely the bore.  High power shooters at the national level are having their stainless match barrels treated QPQ SN nitride now.

I tested the accuracy of a bunch of M4gery barrels, and the hammer forged ones were uniformly less accurate than the button rifled ones.  The difference was not huge (0.3-0.6 MOA), but it was there.
