Might have a line on a Rossi combo .243/20ga. Was really looking for a 223 w/ bull barrel. My question is, can I swap out the .243 for a .223 BB and where might I purchase one as they don't seem to be listed on the Rossi site as a standalone offering?

If you want a single shot with swap out bbls, go with NEF; they're much better
and you can get bbls. to fit up to their frames usually without any trouble, but
if you need to, fitting is simple. Graybeardoutdoors has a NEF specific forum
that is the answser central for those guns. They also have a Rossi board.

I don't think you can get Rossi bbls. alone, even from the factory, but they are so poorly
fit & finished, I'd go with something else in a centerfire caliber.

I have the Rossi 22/410 combo and it's ok for what you pay.

FWIW-NO single shot (Rossi or NEF) likes milsurp ammo cause of the primers;
so .223 & 308 needs to be commerical or reloads.
