12/1/2010 3:04:12 PM EDT
[#1]
depends on the mission, but most likely my M16.

1st time: Colt M16A2

2nd: Colt M4A1, but spent allot of time behind a Frigidaire M2

3rd: Colt M4 w/M203, Beretta M9.

GSG-5PK because it will scare everyone with it's massive boom when shot.
12/1/2010 4:13:52 PM EDT
[#8]
Bulgarian AK74 built by Chris Butler of AK-USA.

Low recoil, accurate, handy, light, quick follow up shots, light ammo, dead nuts reliable, easy to clean.

[#9]
Nice 74.

Rifle: It would depend on the AOPS.

Sidearm: Base is either a 1911 or a XD45, but I could consider a CZ75 if 9mm is easier to supply & ammo carry. PM9 for a backup.
12/1/2010 4:30:24 PM EDT
[#10]
AR with HK45/Sig P220....cant decide on which 45
12/1/2010 4:52:38 PM EDT
[#11]
Colt 6920 with a Glock 17 for my sidearm.

Second is my Garand and my GI 1911.

Ma Deuce.

You said "gun", so I settled on an M2HB as you clearly didn't mean any sort of "Rifle".
Do you know the difference? There's some guys at Parris Island and San Diego that would love to teach you...

AR15 and Sig P226
12/1/2010 6:32:29 PM EDT
[#14]
1st choice:  Sig 556 patrol carbine with Glock 19

2nd Choice: M4gery with Sig P226

Sticking to 5.56 and 9mm, that should make some "battle rifle" purists heads explode
12/1/2010 6:32:52 PM EDT
[#15]
ar10 , glock 26 and my kel tec sub 2000 with a red dot in 9mm that takes 33 rnd glock mags

I'd leave all of my shit at home and take someone else's.

[#20]
15 hi-point pistols
12/1/2010 8:15:19 PM EDT
[#21]
I'll grab a AR and my 1911. If anything else I would take my Mosin as well for the BOOM-factor
12/1/2010 8:30:26 PM EDT
[#22]
Right now my carbine would be my SKS-M with lots of AK mags and my Springfield MIlSpec 1911 that's up to 1200 flawless rounds shooting in less than ideal conditions. I would definately trust both guns with my life in most any situation. If I had room or the ability, I may also throw in my Mossberg 500 Persuader/Cruiser.

Just a good lever-action for close-up and a big-caliber Ruger #1 for tanks and shit  .............

12/2/2010 5:59:42 AM EDT
[#25]
If I knew I was going to war ahead of time I'd bring the M256 120mm cannon that I crewed in the Army, and since it comes attached to a M1A2 main battle tank I wouldn't have to walk either.

Waffen Werks AK54r

And an Obrez for a sidearm to stay ammo specific.

oops, just read guns from my collection, Saiga 12 and Beretta M9.

I'm prety much F**KED then.

All I got is a 22LR AR, a 22 WMR semi-auto rifle, and a 12 Gauge Benelli

ETA: If I could CHOOSE something I dont have, I would probably go with a double stack 45 ACP handgun, probably one of the FN Tacticals with the Trijicon RMR as a side arm. And for my primary. a 6.8 SPC AR with a 10" or 14" barrel, and probably an Aimpoint Micro or that Leupold Prismatic sight.

oh wait this isn't GD. um in that case something quick handling, light and powerful. maybe something ar based in the 45 caliber range with a nice tough iron sight setup. or a really reliable reflex site.

Well, if we are going that way, I'd like to have my old M113 with the 6 Davy Crocketts in it.. take out the opposition a grid square at a time........  Ahh, the good old days before VN..

But, if we are talking about just an eaisily carried major caliber semi-auto rifle that will opperate the best in wet, dirty field conditions & has rugged optics that work, it would probably be a PSL.

Not knowing the answer to that I would lean towards my STG58.

Glock 17 3rd gen. with up-grades
one 17rd mag in the pistol
few spare 33rd mags

That isn't an easy choice at all...

It would be a tough choice between my 14.5'' BCM and my AK74. I thin the BCM would win out since it has an aimpoint on it. If I had a micro on the AK74 I think the answer might be different. It would also matter where and who we were fighting. If there was no chance of finding 5.45 ammo or the chance of being mistaken for foe I would opt or the AR. My trusty g19 would be on my side as well.
