Does anyone here have one of the Marlin model 70s ...  its the one that breaks down by unscrewing the barrel ?  Can you post photos ... are they accurate ? Pros and cons ?

never saw the name papoose attached to it... just model 70, Im split between buying one of those or the model 795...

I can get a model 795 in a local sports store right now for $ 89.00
but i think the other one is in the $ 200 dollar range.

It is called the Papoose- early ones were blued with wooden stocks; the current ones are stainless with synthetic stocks.  I've got one of the early ones.  The barrel unscrews at the receiver and is tightened buy means of an included spanner (it will loosen up if you don't snug it before shooting).  It's very lightweight and easily shot one handed; it takes a moment to get used to holding your support arm that far back, but it's not an issue.  It's as accurate as any other Marlin .22 autoloader I've shot.  I'd say it's hard to beat for a backpacking, survival, truck type of gun.  It fits in it's own zippered floating case that has plenty of room to accommodate the gun even if scoped with a small scope and extra mags and ammo.  The only downside is the lack of high capacity mags, but then it's not designed to take on an army of zombies.  Marlin makes 7, 10 and 15 round mags for it (or they did).  The newer stainless guns supposedly have some knob in the mag well that needs to be ground down to accept the earlier style mags.  I wouldn't trade mine for most 10/22s I've seen if that tells you anything (I do own a heavy barreled 10/22 target model that I love to shoot, but it's heavy and serves a different purpose).

Anything else?  I don't have any pictures handy but mine looks like any other wood stocked version in the red case.
ETA- mine looks just like this one (random link I found)

I have one of the older blued models with the birch stock.

I even had the barrel threaded for a silencer.

it's a really quick gun with a red dot; a terror on squirrels!
