So the recent explosion of revolvers chambered for both .45Colt and .410 shotshell makes me wonder if I can fire .45Colt in my H&R single shot shotgun. Is this possible or will I fuck up the gun/injure myself?

Think about it this way––a .410 shotgun's barrel is .41 caliber. With that information what do you think?

Yes you can, but I wouldnt recommend it.

Take a .45 bullet and physically put it against the muzzle. Does it look like that bullet would fit through the end of that barrel?
