I got the enhanced trigger from Terra at Robinson and installed the new internals the day I received them. Some of you may have seen my earlier post about the God-awful trigger slap my XCR had, well this is the follow up. With the new trigger that I received I experience no slap and no malfunctions of any kind regardless of gas settings using 3 different types of 5.56/223 ammo. I now have a total round count of 400+ down range and just leave the gas on setting 2 now "and yes it even runs Wolf 55gr. just fine". Thanks Again to Terra at Robinson Armament, happy shooting all!

I think the new trigger is definitely worth every penny.  Glad you're happy with it.

you're welcome. Glad you can fully enjoy it now. I'm guessing that ammo did the trick.

Thanks again for your help and your generosity Terra, and thanks to all that posted with the helpful hints!

Okay everyone, please tell me if this is the old trigger or the new one.
Thanks.

Just by looking at the safety, it appears that you have the old.  There is one test to be certain, if it heavy and sucks(like a rusted AR trigger), it is the old one.  You would know the new one if you had one.

I could tell you which one you have if I can see a side view.

Is this a better view?

Pretty sure that is the "new trigger". BTW you have the new lower so it's a safe bet you have the new trigger. Hope that puts you at ease.

That doesn't mean anything.. ....both of my lowers were the "new" style with the integrated trigger guard....both had the old trigger.

The one pictured, looks like the old style trigger to me.  *EDIT* It' even got the old style BHO.

It's an old style. Hammer is a dead giveaway.
