Any tips/guides to welding a flash hider on a barrel? |

unless it's a junk gun (like an AK ;), use the pin/weld method. You do NOT want a lot of heat to make it directly into the barrel.
Install flash hider. Drill and create appropriate pins on at least 2 sides. Weld pin into hole in flash hider. Grind smooth and refinish. |
