any word if RobArm will ever start production of the M96 again? I always wanted a top feed and to see what the belt feed would be like.

Last i heard they were planning a liimited run sometime soon/near future.

They missed the boat on that one by not basing it more
closely on the original Stoner 63 design.

Had they, sales would have been far better.

From what I have been told they plan on it, but want to work out a few things. It will not be a cheap rifle as it is VERY labor intensive to make. It takes over 3 hours of welding for each receiver.

I hope they do more than a limited run! I could have picked one up for real cheap back in '02 when I lived near the now defunct FAC in MN. they sold to the public at dealer prices right out of the wharehouse....bought an AK and many cases of ammo instead.
