[ARCHIVED THREAD] - bolt will not lock open

I have a rig outfitted with a yhm upper, bushmaster lower, carbine with a 6 position stock. after last round fired bolt will not lock open. have tried several mags. bushmaster technical said that i may have seepage at the key. does not appear so. any thoughts?

if you pull the charging handle all the way back with an empty mag seated, does the bolt lock back?
