Their mags are generally considered to be borderline at best. No clue about their CS or ordering process, sorry.

These are actually two different questions.

#1: FUCK NO.   PM's poly AK mags are famous for poor reliability and shattering if dropped on a hard surface fully loaded.
If ProMag can turn the world's greatest magazine into an epically unreliable, worthless POS, just imagine how stunningly excremental the rest can be.
Blind, drunk monkeys would be an upgrade for their MFG and QC depts.

#2: No, they are very quick to sell anything to anyone stupid enough to buy from them.

I've experienced two extremes with Pro-Mag stuff:

- Their Ruger P90 mags were, for me, practically infallible.
Not as nice, aesthetically, as factory mags, but I swear the
gun actually ran better with the P-M mags. Weird but true.

- The Pro-Mag 870 stock set I bought, expecting that same sort of
functionality, was utter shite. I didn't even get the thing together before
it crapped put on me. Threaded parts wouldn't....thread. First thing I
noticed, and it didn't get any better from there.I was insulted that the
thing was even shipped to me like that. It was that bad.

So, I suppose that my opinion of Pro-Mag is perfectly lukewarm.
Truly hit-or-miss gear that I've passed on since the 870 stock thing.

Just my own personal experiences and opinions.
