So I've been curious about custom paint jobs for a while. I have a hi-point 995 that I picked up for cheap and decided to make it my trial run. It took me most of yesterday and this morning but I finally have it finished and reassembled. It's not the most practical paint job in the world but its different. I used the Krylon paint- does anyone have any experience as to how long this paint holds up with firing and cleaning solvents? You'll have to copy and paste the link below.

I've used ordinary spray paint on M16's and DMR's, gov't weapons get banged around more than personals but the paint generally holds up, eventually it gets a 'chipped/worn' look to it, there is a flat clear coat that some guys use as a protectant that seems to keep the paint on the weapon a little longer.
