[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Short Barrel Rifle

Hey guys,

I just bought a few stripped lowers (I assume among many others) and I was hoping to build a SBR with one of them. I unfortunatly have no idea how to go about this legaly. I know I need to fill it out on a form 1, but I dont know how to go about this even. Also, am I even allowed to do this with a random stripped lower I purchased?
