I was given one, minus bolt&carrier, charging handle and magazine.

Where might I find such parts?

Less than 2000 of these guns were imported into the US, so the fact that you have a mostly complete parts-kit is somewhat amazing.

These guns had alot of promise and its a shame they didn't succeede. With barrels from Parker Hale and help from CIS and H&K, amongst others, it was a great gun for its time. An excellent old-school gas piston 5.56, to be sure.

Luckily for you, these guns accept STANAG magazines. So thats one part you don't have to worry about...

Since there are only 2000 or less in the US, I don't think you are going to have much luck finding the replacement parts you seek. However, you might still try. I would contact the importer/dealer that sold the gun. IIRC, there were only 1-3 of them. If some semblance of that company is still in business, they will probably eiether have the parts or help you find them. Its a long shot, but entirely possible too. You might also check with an Aussie Arfcom'er*there are several* as they might be able to help you also. Keep in mind, when H&R was auctined off they had a whole mess of M14/M16 parts. When the Gibson USA plant in Kalamazoo closed, there were LP bodies/necks just laying around. Undoubtibly, Leader Dynamics parts exist someplace. If all else fails, you could always check Gunbroker. You might find the parts you need or a possible donor.

I hate to be negative, but I think you will wind up selling this gun to a Leader Enthusiast. If your parts are in good shape, you could probably sell them for 1k or more.

Good luck.

Back in 1983, SWAT Magazine tested the Leader T2 rifle.  None of the five rifles tested worked reliably.  They concluded that it was a poor design that was poorly executed.

There is probably a reason you got it for free.

They are extremely rare and have pretty much been relegated to the trash bin of gun history. I'd say you are pretty much SOL on finding replacement parts.

I think the only "assault weapon" that is rarer is the HAC-7, but at least it has a cult following and even has its own message board on biggerhammer.
