Well, it happened.  One of those pesky Sub 2000s followed me home from the gun show and I couldn't stop it.  I mean come on... 299???  For a 9mm carbine that uses the same mags that I already have for my Glock 17 (which I should add that I've got lots of mags including several of the 33 rounders)???  I couldn't resist.  Seems like the perfect companion for my Glock.  Folds up to fit in a laptop computer bag.  This thing is great.  But after getting such a great deal on what I thought would be a cheap purchase, I soon found myself online shopping for accessories.  $250 or so later, I've managed to order a Sling, Rail for under the handguard, Hogue slip on grip, Stock Extension, spare mag holder, & MORE MAGS.  When will it end?

As soon as I get everything and put it all together, I'll be sure to post pics.

So anyone else have one of these?

Have one and love it.

I am not adding anything to mine.  Too many coals in the fire.

They are a great addition if you have Glock 17.  I love the Glock version.

Just make sure you clean it real well before you shoot it.

I picked up a sub 2000 in .40 to go with my glock 22. I need to get a rubber slip on grip for it, I dont like how the grip really splits apart when you insert a loaded mag in it. From what I have read it is normal though.

Well, here she is in all her glory!  (Obligatory foot in photo opportunity) I THINK I've done all the mods I will do on this rifle.  I really wanted to keep it as cheap as possible and as simple as I could possibly resist.

Mods / Accessories include:
CAA Short Vertical Grip
Buffer Tube Cover
Charging Handle Cover
Short Picatinny Rail
Sling
Stock Extension
Spare Mag Holder
Hogue Hand All

You bastard, you pretty much just convinced me to buy one

Where did you get the accessories from?

Do you know if they have just the G17 version, or do they make a G19 version too?  I have both mags, but if they make the G19 version, I can use all of them!

The G19 version grip is really short.  Unless you have really small hands then go with the G17.  Think of the G19 version like holding a G26.  That is about the difference between the two.

I think I'm gonna get one of these in .40.  I have an endless free supply of .40 and can't justify the money a Vector 94/40 clone costs.

I had one.....they are fine for the price, but I didn't really like mine.

tT seemed cheap in the grip area with the 2 halves....if you squeezed or twisted you grip, the halves would slightly split at the seem. Mine also seemed to have a relatively violent recoil (I don't mean painfull by any means.......) it just seemed like the gun was going to beat itself apart. It also had a tendency to blow alot of $hit in my face when shooting.

It's a great gun for some...it just wasn't for me...sorry to be a downer

I know what you mean about it fealing cheap, but I'm used to that b/c I carry a P3AT as a BUG, but in no way has my P3AT not lived up to it's needs.  People used to say Glocks seemed like cheap plastic guns (and some still do).

As far as the grip "halves", I'm a pretty big guy with big hands and a very strong grip and having been fondling this gun now for several days, I can't imagine them splitting apart unless the screws were simply not tightened enough.  That being said, I don't think that the grip is very ergonomic which is why ordering the Hogue Handall was the first thing I did.  Now that it's on, it's like night and day, but then again, I love Hogue grips and have them on every firearm I own.  To me, their simply the best.  And to top it off, the Hogue would seem to eliminate/reduce the possibility of the grips slipping apart at the seem since it fits so damn tight.

Look, this is no 9mm AR.  It's a $299 rifle that is accurate to about 150 yards, is lightweight, folds to fit nicely in your briefcase, and accpets handgun magazines.  It's a great 'companion' rifle to anyone who's got a handgun with the same mags.  It's got a very simple blowback operation and has few parts.  Cleaning it is a snap.  I like nice expensive guns and have a few, but this gun to me, is just as useful as the others just not as expensive.

I got all the accessories from Kel-Tec, Tacticool, and I got the short vertical grip off the EE, and the Hogue Grip from Botac when I ordered some more mags.

Been looking for one of these in 9mm for a few months now.  Starting to think about getting the MSAR in 9mm instead.  I believe that takes Glock mags as well.
