Ok before you say it, I know this gun is considered lower than whale shit in most peoples book. I had a customer bring one in the other day with the back of the plastic lower receiver broken out. The gun is extremely unsafe this way and needs to be repaired or tossed. All of my searches for a lower receiver have turned up zero. I can find uppers out the ass(go figure?!) He is wanting to sell it, but obviously not in its current condition. I need some help. Does anyone know if they are still making this gun or is their a kit that takes the place of the lower assemb.?

Thanks in advance,
chad

No, they haven't made them for some time. You may be able to find a cheap Intratec AB10 which is the same thing without the evil features and use it as a donor.

Best solution is to part it out IMO.

ahhh.... the Tec-9. That would have had to been my most favorite plinking gun ever! I was in the military Stationed at Columbus AFB when I saw it on the shelf at a local gun shop there in Columbus. That darn gun ate everything I shoved through it. There was not much accuracy there but the thing could hit a soda can at 50 yards.
Traded to a guy back home for a stainless mini14. I miss that fun little crappy gun and would love to have another!

ahhh sorry OP...... part it out or just give it a quick franken fix!

yeah, I guess I already had the answer to my question. I was just hoping you guys had a fix that I wasn't aware of. I don't have pictures of the damage, but its pretty bad. I could most likely fix it with some epoxy if I had the broken piece but he says that its MIA so I guess to the crapper it goes. Anybody interested?!

thanks for the input

What is the condition of everything less the lower? I might be able to use the parts as spares for an old KG99. Not interested in the broken lower , Let  me know what your bottom line is on the parts less the broken lower receiver.
