Hey guys, well i'm buying my first House, and it's time to graduate from my cheap ass stack-on metal cabinets No woman in my life right now, so i can get anything i want and there will be no trouble  think i want to spend about 1500 dollars or so. any brands to specifically stay away from. FYI i have 15 long guns, and 6 pistols. but my collection will expand in the future. |
| You can get a nice safe for $1500.00. A 30" wide would just be enough to fit what you have now. I would probably not get anything less than a 36" especially if you have AR's, bolt guns, or anythig with an op-rod sticking out the side. If you can find a safe that you can pegboard the door for handguns, that makes alot of room. Alot of the newer ones with fire protection have thick doors which touch the shelves inside so you can't do this. Champion and Cannon make safes for Cabelas and you can get a good deal on a club event weekend (save $150+ bucks) plus they will load it on your truck so no delivery. |
