I have the opportunity to swap my Colt Commander Gold Cup two tone in VG-EXC condition for a Norinco 320 UZI... Not sure what all it would come with... I have always wanted an uzi though and this is my chance! Anyhow, any experiences before I swapperoo? |

not generally worth it when Vector, Action Ams, and Century Arms ones are available. IIRC all the Norinco have thumbhole stocks and fall under "sec. 922r" US made parts regulations. to make it look like an actual UZI you need to factor in the cost of US made compliance parts into the deal....to make sure you don't get screwed on overall cost of the project. if it doesn't have the thumbhole stock ask him which parts are US made.....if he doesn't know, i would pass on it. from what i have been hearing they are pretty good clones of the UZI, though. advntrjnky |
| hello. i have owned quite a few of the norinco uzis. very well made gun. never a jam or problem. you will have to leave the thumbhole stock on it, unless you want to spend the money to buy US made parts. they just dont feel right and look very stupid with the thumb hole. you would be better off selling your colt outright and buying a vector. these can be bought brand new for just a hair over 600.00. also, search on gunbroker. i bought what i thought was a used vector uzi for 500.00. when i got it, it was an original IMI! i ended up making alot of money on that gun. kirk |
