I just acquired a 20" upper and I need a good quality lower with an A2 stock and a good trigger, any suggestions?

STAG if you want a good one.

RRA has always been good to go.

DPMS is not bad.

Eagle Arms are good as well.

Bushmaster

Sun Devil lowers are interesting in that they are machined out of billet aluminum

you can't go wrong with a bushmaster.

Overpaying for a lower is one thing I tried to avoid on putting together my M4. I ended up buying a stripped lower from the fine folks at J&T, one of arfcom's sponsors. I then bought a trigger parts kit with all the springs & detents & other evil small parts & had someone put the trigger together for me.

Voila! I ended up with a completely assembled lower for under $175; parts & labor.

I think I finally wised up & spent the bigger % of the cost on the upper. That's where the difference in quality stands out, IMO: accuracy!

Thanks for the info, most listed are pretty good but I didn't know if one had a better stock or trigger, etc. than the others. There is a local shop that has a RRA on the wall. Maybe I should have picked it up today.
