I can't afford one now, but I am definitely looking forward to reading some reviews and I plan on getting one when the prices drop.

We just spoke with Bob at FN (his is very high up the food chain there) and we were told June or July before shipments would start.

OMB Police Supply is advertising them in the latest catalog.  Dept. Price is $1,710, Officer Price is $1,850.
Versus the F2000 that they also carry Priced at (Dept. only obviously), $1,650.
PS90 priced at Dept. price $1,350, Officer $1,475.  P90 $1,450.

Its a wild looking gun. Will it take AR mags? My dream gun has to be a black PS90 with a quad rail and tactical stuff. This is basically the dream

The top tri-rail is just a converted airsoft rail (unless it is the Halo redesigned version), same as the front quad-rail handguard.

All of that just adds a lot of unnecessary weight. You really just need the two side rails if you want a laser and flash light mount. Go with a USG top rail for aftermarket optics if necessary. that will retain the useage of the iron sights.

Is there any momentum for something like this to happen?

No, they only sell to PD's and Individual officers on letterhead.  $1,475 for IO, so after shipping your looking at $1,500.
