A friend of mine wants to lighten the trrigger pull on his abolt, what does he need?

Seems like there is a section in the owners manual about adjusting the trigger on an A-bolt, if he has the manual check it out first. I adjusted mine, but it's been so long ago, I don't remember the particulars about how.

I got rid of my Browning a few years back, but if they haven't changed anything their trigger is pretty lawyer proof and will take some work by a gunsmith to get it below 4lbs.
