Not that it's a bad thing, unless your waiting on a bullet launcher.  Ordered a V93 the other day, they won't have them until the first of the month, not that long of a wait granted.  Ordered an Uzi had to wait on that.  Glad to see Vector so busy, but I was wondering if this back log is related (still) to the expiration of the AWB, or is it because Vector is bringing so many new products to the market?  Or a combination of both?
I'm still amazed that I never see any Vector products at gunshows, new or used.  Lots of the the pre-89 AA Uzis', and lots of pre-89 HK 93s and 91s, but never a Vector, or for that matter many SW products.  Tons of ARs though, which makes me think that the clone market has to be cutting into AR sales?
But it's a good thing.........unless your waiting on a new bullet launcher!

I've been pretty lucky when ordering from Vector. When I called to buy a V93 rifle they had a couple in stock as most people were waiting for the one with the collapsing stock which wasn't important to me at the time. When I received it a week later I called in to order a V53 Pistol and they only had one finished but another customer had just called in to cancel his order so they sold me his.

Both are in great shape although I have to admit to being a little behind the curve on HK style rifles. I can't speak about reliability as I haven't had a chance to get them to the range since buying them.

I can only imagine how busy they are when taking into account how many different firearms listed on their web site they manufacture. I get the impression they also do special run firearms not listed on their web site.

I have one of there underfold AKs.  I also had a Vector Uzi but sold it to get an AR.  Vector builds great weapons. I plan on getting one of there RPKs in the next few months. Also may pick up a V93 .

Almost immediately after the sunset of the ban, I ordered an underfolding AKMS from Vector... it took a month, and then I got it.

Not a bad wait considering the decade I had to wait just for the opportunity to order one.

I then ordered a Mini Uzi (pistol)...... and had to wait, about two months.   The wait killed me, and then when I got it, I saw the most beautiful gun ever.

Good things come to those who wait, sometimes.   And with Vector's impecable quality and customer service, I'd order from them over anyone else in the future.   I am definitely hooked on Vector and they will be my primary source for future firearms purchases.

Thesis:    VECTOR ARMS IS GREAT , that is why there is a wait.   Almost no one resells the guns they order, because they're of such great quality.

Yes, the wait can suck.... but it's like being a kid at Christmas.   You want the presents as soon as possible, but you have to wait.

Patience is a virtue.    Embrace it!

P.S.    I'm waiting on an RRA M-4gery to get to me, and it should be here sometime next week.   The wait is fucking killing me!

Partly 'cause they rock, partly they've been behind since the AWB died.

+1.... even though I already posted.

I would much, much rather wait a couple of weeks for something that has never given me any hint of trouble than to pay for something that i would have a likely chance of sending back to have fixed.

I read a lot of shit on Bobcat Weapons....
