A few days ago, I was looking for a FN FNC, and then I saw http://www.calssportingarmory.com/AssaultRifles.htm has one listed for sale .I emailed them ASAP, and I asked if it was still available and I would take it if it is available. Their sales rep William Lawrence told me YES in the email. I emailed him and confirmed that I would take it and asked him the total amount. I also told him, I would send him the FFL with money order as soon as he replies me with the total amount. He emailed me back, and asked my zip code, so he can figure out the shipping. I replied his email with my zip code as soon as I received his email, but he never response. Sent another email to him the next day, still no response then sent two more emails, still no word from him. Today I checked his website, and the FNC has marked SOLD. My guess is that he got more money from somebody else. The reason that I'm writing this is that there may be other guys who have sent him money for the FNC. Be careful, if you want to deal with William Lawrence@ Cal’s Sporting Armory in the future, because he doesn’t have any ethics! |
| I purchased a rifle from these guys about 2 yrs back. When I ordered it over the phone I also bought 2 extra mags. They shipped the rifle about 3 weeks later but no mags. I called and was told the mags are back ordered but would ship to me by weeks end. Never happened. I called left emails blah blah blah...finally about 2 weeks later this William Lawernce guy semds email apologizing for delay saying the were shipping tomorrow. Again never happened. I called my credit card company complained got my money back and let them deal with it. Cal's refunded the money once the credit card company got involved. To me this place ranks right up there with Botach Tactical for lousy customer service and lies. |
